KGN Pillinger

• In 1926, G.C. Pillinger & Co. designed and patented the first automatic water pumping plant, known as the ‘Bruston Pumping System’. K.G. Norman, who started trading in 1967, acquired the pumping division of Pillinger & Co. in 2003 and KGN Pillinger was established.
  
  KGN Pillinger operated from a 30,000 sq. ft. premises in Croydon, Surrey from the late 1990’s to 2021 before moving to a purpose-built state of the art facility in Merstham, near Redhill Surrey.
  Our work ethic and attention to detail remains at the core of the company and with a progressive investment policy KGN continues to lead the field in design, manufacture and service of bespoke water and sewage pumping equipment.
  
  Our new facility has been fitted out with the latest machines and technology including a new laser cutter capable of cutting through 30mm stainless steel and a new 240 tonne press.
  This is a huge investment for KGN Pillinger, and shows the ongoing commitment to re-invest in our business.
  
  We can be categorised into four parts as a business...
• Pumps and associated equipment distributor selling such brands as; Xylem Lowara & Flygt, Grundfos, Wilo, KSB, Ebara, Calpeda, Caprari, Pedrollo, Franklin Etech & Pioneer, Sulzer…to name a few.
• Stainless and aluminium fabrication workshop boasting various machining centres including; four laser cutters the largest of which can cut through 30mm of st.st sheet, 240 tonne press, T drill, industrial rollers as well as various surface finishing machines. We keep in stock various thicknesses of sheet and diameters of tube/pipe for most applications. This means we are regularly called upon to supply on quick deliveries, base plates, booster manifolds and other metallic components to other OEMS.
• OEM system packagers for clean and dirty water from pressurisation sets and small CAT5 boosters sets, up to kiosks, underground packages and 40ft containerised plant rooms.  Whilst we offer standard packages on quick deliveries due to everything in-house, we can also offer bespoke designed and engineered solutions through our experienced engineering and design departments with 2D and 3D drawings available. We test our assembled packages in our large test rig to ensure consistent quality.
• All that we do is backed up by our service division with dedicated clean and dirty water vans on call for pro-active and re-active site visits.

KGN Pillinger serves various markets, most notably building services, councils, NHS and municipal.  That said our experience and capabilities opens us up to many other opportunities.
