ITT Industries UK are a wholly owned subsidiary ITT Inc and part of ITT’s Industrial Process business , one of the largest suppliers of pumping equipment and aftermarket services in the world. The headquarters of the Company are located in Stamford, Connecticut , USA and have factories worldwide. The UK office is responsible for the service and support of pumps and systems for orders received through direct Sales or through Distributors.

Industrial Process produces engineered pumps and systems for applications primarily for the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Oil Industries, but also targeted towards the Pulp and Paper, Mining, Water, Power, and General Industries. These will include end suction, double suction, submersible, vertical, lined and unlined slurry, non-metallic pumps and PTFE lined, magnetic drive, multi-phase and API pumps, with full manufacture and testing capabilities.

ITT Industrial Process include in their portfolio, Goulds Pumps, Rheinhutte, Bornemann, i-Alert, PumpSmart, ProCast and Plant Performance Services. Pump materials include Ductile Iron, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless steel, CD4, Alloy 20, Hastelloy, Monel, Nickel Alloys, Titanium, and Zirconium.

The ITT facilities in Basingstoke has a team of engineers providing Sales Support, Order Processing and Contracts Handling. After sales support is available through our facilities in Normanton. The Normanton facility holds extensive inventory to support both ANSI and ISO products. A team of experienced and dedicated Sales and Customer Service personnel ensure that maximum customer support and response in maintained. We have a Sales office in Basingstoke with engineers dedicated to Contractor support.
