Excellence has always been at the core of our business by helping businesses in the Oil, Gas, Energy, and Marine markets to thrive by creating masterpieces for connoisseurs of quality. And LC&M has always been a leader, an innovator, an entrepreneurial company, fostering progress in all its dimensions. Our purpose also links back to the company's roots with its exceptionally skilled workforce which we are proud to sponsor. From the outset, LC&M has been committed to producing industrial crankshafts and rotor shafts that are second to none.

Our values reflect our outstanding performance, being recognised in 2008, with the award of the UK’s prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise (International Trade). The strength of LC&M’s company culture and its outstanding continuity for almost 20 years can also be seen in the proximity of its values across the various periods.

Building on our strengths in the manufacture of precision heavy duty rotating parts, our vision is to transform LC&M’s value proposition by offering a distinguished, incomparable complete turnkey supply of finish-machined steel and SG cast iron crankshafts along with a complete assessment and refurbishment service with our expertise as an OEM, enabling us to provide a crankshaft refurbishment service on ex. service parts.

Our purpose, values and vision are shared by each and every employee throughout our organisation, as we tailor our services and solutions to each of our customers, one crankshaft at a time, in an ever-changing and fast-evolving world.
