TEC Electric motors is the UK’s largest independent supplier of electric motors, gear boxes and Variable speed drives.

TEC’s annual sales in 2019/20 will exceed £20 million pounds with a UK stock inventory of £12 million. With a HQ based near Kidderminster the company Despatches over 150,000 units annually from its modern fully equipped 90,000 square feet distribution centre. TEC additionally has two regional stock & modification centres strategically placed near Sheffield and Glasgow adding a further 10,000 square feet.

TEC stock up to 630kW in LV 400/690 volts and can build to order Medium & High voltage motors up to 8MW and voltages from 3,300 volts to 13,800 volts.

All motors can be offered or modified to meet WIMES specification.

A 24 hour call out service is offered to all our stockists and distribution partners giving  customers and users access to a full range of products in the event of an emergency breakdown.

IE3 motors are available from stock, IE4 & IE5 motors are available on request on short lead-times.

New product;
       The TEC E-MAX motor offers the following advantages with or without built in controller:
•    In its largest frame size 132, the E-MAX can achieve a maximum output power of 22kW and a
       maximum torque of 70Nm.  
•    Highly efficient, with average values above IE4 levels and in some instances surpassing IE5.
•    Minimal efficiency and torque reductions between speeds of 750-3600RPM from a single frame size.
