Belton Woods Golf & Spa Resort - Thursday 4th September 2025

Surrounded by 475 acres of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, the Belton Woods Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort is an idyllic lakeside resort. Belton Woods is found near the hamlet of Belton, notably the smallest hamlet in Lincolnshire. With easy access to and from the A1, the resort is two miles north of Grantham, 45 minutes from East Midlands Airport and about 40 minutes drive from Lincoln City.

Belton Woods are proud to have hosted numerous PGA tournaments over the years, making them one of the top golf resorts in the East Midlands.     

The Lakes Course

Par - 72 | Yardage 6,776  

A real test for even the most enthusiastic player, the lakeside course is a par 72 challenge and sits at 6,776 yards. Lakes guard the approaches to many of the greens, so course management and shot placement are key.  

The holes are long and the fairways tight, so anything wayward from the tee could result in you having to lay up in front of the water. A tricky one to best – the 9th hole is over 600 yards and is one of the longest holes in Europe. (Good luck!)
