Another Three New Additions to BPMA Membership

The British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA) – the organisation which represents the business interests of UK and Irish suppliers of liquid pumps and related pumping equipment across the domestic and international arena – has increased its membership to a record number of 91 companies.

The most recent company to recognise the benefits of membership is Essex based Pump & Motors UK Ltd. Founded in 1979, the business has developed an extensive knowledge of the building services industry and has progressed into an industry-leading company in that sector over recent years. As a service and maintenance provider, it always strives to offer value for money, and is fully aware of the importance of keeping buildings both comfortable and fully operational. The third organisation to engage with the BPMA is the Heating & Hotwater Industry Council (HHIC), which has agreed a reciprocal membership agreement. Based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire the HHIC (www.hhic.org.uk/) is the industry voice for the UK domestic heating and hot water industry. It operates 16 working groups collectively covering the full spectrum of technical and commercial influences affecting this important aspect of the energy industry. It forms a key part of the Energy & Utilities Alliance (EUA) a not-for-profit trade association that provides a leading industry voice to help shape the future policy direction within the energy sector (www.eua.org.uk/).
