Based in Manchester, we are the UK’s sales and service centre for CEMB S.p.A. and Hofmann Maschinen – und Anlagenbau GmbH. All services are delivered by our UK based team.

Horizontal balancing machines
Supplied with either belt or cardan drives or a combination of both. Options include bed extensions, roller carriages, B or C class guarding plus assisted balancing software including drilling, milling, FFT and Whip Sensor.

Suitable for measuring static and dynamic unbalance for balancing rotors up to 60,000 kg including armatures, fans, pump impellers and rollers.

Vertical balancing machines
For balancing a variety of sizes and types of rotor in one-plane configuration for the measurement of static unbalance, or in two planes for the measurement of dynamic unbalance.

Automatic and manual balancing machines - supplied to your requirements. All fitted with the latest touch screen technology, Windows operating system plus operator assisted correction programs.

Contract balancing
Our UK service centre is equipped with a large range of both horizontal and vertical machines capable of precision balancing both rigid and flexible rotors. We offer a flexible service covering high volumes, one-offs, 24hr breakdown service and prototypes.

Portable equipment
Portable vibrometers, balancers and condition monitoring equipment - all compact and rugged with large, colour display. We also offer a range of condition monitoring  systems plus vibration transmitters.

Technical support & services
Where issues can’t be resolved over the phone one of our specialist engineers will arrange for a technician to be on site within 24 hrs.

Spare Parts
We are the only UK supplier of  genuine CEMB and Hofmann spare parts.

Service and calibration
Our technicians follow the manufacturers’ service plan so you can expect a detailed on-site service including inspection, maintenance, detailed service reports and certification.

Machine installations
We will allocate an engineer to install and commission your machine on an agreed date.
