For over three quarters of a century, the British Pump Manufacturers' Association (BPMA) has been serving the interests of UK and Irish suppliers of liquid pumps and pumping equipment. It's mission throughout that time has been to influence the pump sector environment and aid the competitiveness of its strong 80 plus membership.
Primary to this task is increasing sector awareness through the provision of technical support and independent pump technology training to manufacturers, distributors, operators and purchasers of pumping equipment.
Although our members are businesses, not individuals, we do collect and use personal information relating to individuals as part of our activities. This is generally in order to manage our membership and to carry out our wider work representing the interests of businesses in the UK. We also collect personal information about individuals who sign up to our events or surveys or to receive our Association circulars and who work for or with us.
