Our skilled team has solved pump sealing problems across many diverse industries, including food and pharmaceutical processing, oil and gas, industrial and power generation. Our engineers have a deep working understand of the needs of pump manufacturers and operators, and of the criticality of seals in order to optimise both pump performance and reliability.

FTL Technology is much more than a component supplier. Since 1973 we have forged an enviable reputation across the UK and beyond for our end-to-end consultancy service.

Whatever a pump faces in its operating environment – from temperature and pressure extremes through to mechanical stresses and exposure to corrosive media – FTL’s sealing engineers develop sealing solutions which leave nothing to chance.

We take pump sealing challenges and, through close collaboration with our customers, develop innovative solutions not found on the shelf. From the first call through to installation, training and ongoing support, FTL Technology is a one stop shop for custom engineered pump sealing.

In addition to custom engineering, FTL Technology can source a range of standard pump sealing products and materials from a global network of strategic suppliers. We source materials compliant with core industry regulations, ranging from FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standard 18-03 through to NORSOK M710 and NACE.
