We are now looking for a Pump Sales Engineer to join our team in Bristol.

The Role

As a Pump Sales Engineer, you will develop and maintain existing and new customer relationships to achieve the Company’s sales target.

Acting as the first point of contact for incoming customer sales calls, you will provide excellent customer service, ensuring our customers have a good understanding of our products, features and benefits.

Providing quotations and processing orders, you will keep customers informed on their order progress and expected delivery dates and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently

About You

To join us as a Pump Sales Engineer, you will need:

- Experience of working in customer service and sales environment
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of pumps features, pump selection and spare parts
- Experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- A working knowledge of ERP systems
- The ability to interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
- A relevant qualification, e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2&3
