Service Technician

Ability to work alone for extensive periods of time and/or as part of a team.
Document technical data generated by the assigned task consistent with engineering policies and procedures
A clear understanding of schematic diagrams both electrical and mechanical
Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
Adopt a proactive approach to customer service and personal timekeeping.
Show flexibility around customer working hours
Resourceful with an ability to take it to the next level of service.
Test and Commissioning background favourable.
Ability to work safely at all times, EHS trained

Willingness to travel the UK when required, also some European travel will be necessary at times

Qualifications
Experience Service lifecycle within Marine, Automotive, similar controlled industry
An understanding of service delivery and order systems.
Qualifications within an electrical Engineering background.

Demonstrate customer-facing qualities.
Strong technical aptitude
Good oral and written communication skills
Good problem solving and solution building skills
Willingness and motivation to learn new processes and tools
Successful applicants will be required to obtain a security clearance prior to appointment.(CRB check)
