Lead Sales Executive
Salary/Rate Negotiable + Commission, Bonus, Car.
We are a family run, internationally respected, forward thinking pump manufacturer and distributor seeking a highly motivated, target driven and results orientated Sales Executive to help lead our business into new sectors and markets.
With a minimum HNC engineering qualification you will have at least 5 years of experience in proactive technical sales. Experience within the industrial pump industry would be beneficial, however full training will be provided. The successful applicant must be a driven and ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a determination to succeed against accountable sales targets. You will be a strong team player, have excellent organisational skills and have a proven record of developing existing and identifying new potential customers for future business growth.
• To increase sales and achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Assist in the preparing of and following up on quotations to customers.
• Provide regular analysis of sales performance against budget and recording of visit reports.
• Follow up business leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Lead the continuing development of the company’s existing Sales Function.
• Identify and develop potential market sectors and customers for future growth.
• Seek and appoint new distributors if they will increase sales and profitability.
• Provide a link between customers and the company’s Technical Team.
• Building business relationships with current, and potential, customer portfolio.
• Being available for exhibitions both in the UK and abroad.
