Working within the transformation office team my role was to create a global operational structure and to develop processes and procedures capable of achieving a CAGR of greater than 10% over the next 4 years in line with the global growth strategy.
- Optimised onsite services structures to reduce management costs by 50%.
- Created programme of change to create common regional cost centres for field service teams to increase competitiveness and recover market share.
- Functionally managed in excess of 15 field service managers.
May 2016 to April 2018: Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMA) Field Service and Middle East (ME)
Operations Director, accountable for the day to day operations of the EMA Field Service team comprising
of over 150 field technicians and supervisors, with annual revenues in excess of $45m and the ME
(GCC, excluding KSA) repair operations, including the Flowserve approved distributors, with revenues in
excess of $12m.
