Exalto Bearings UK manufacture high quality rubber-lined and composite cutlass bearings for the pump and marine industries, in both bespoke as well as more standard sizes. All bearings are produced at our in-house workshop and we specialise in the manufacture of non-standard sizes up to 900mm in length, 270mm ID and 320mm OD. Over the last 20 years we have built a reputation worldwide for both the quality and reliability of our bearings as well as our friendly and professional service and now work with businesses in over 40 countries.

For the Pump industry, we work with some of the biggest pump manufacturers and pump repair companies in the world – our technical experts work with their engineers to create custom-made pump bearings to suit any required application. Our innovative modular production tooling system means non-standard items can be produced with little or no additional tooling costs.

In January 2016 we became part of the Graphite Metallizing Group, a long-established American company who specialise in the manufacture of bearings and industrial products using their patented Graphalloy® material – a unique graphite/metal alloy which is used the world over to solve the toughest of pump applications.

Originally developed over 100 years ago, Graphalloy was quickly found to possess outstanding mechanical properties. Today this material is widely used for bearings, bushings, wear rings and thrust washers, in conditions where metals and plastics fail.
